Terms of service
You as the client
1 - You must give all information and guidelines regarding your commission before payment. Any information necessary for the completion of the commission that is not specified before payment will be created according to my own artistic creativity.2 - Your commission and absolutely everything in it must not be intended to attack, offend or defame any person, culture or religion.3 - You cannot use your commission to generate profit, however you can print it for personal use.4 - You can publish your commission on your various social networks, but you must credit me and/or link me.5 - If your commission has content for ages 18+, you and your characters cannot be minors, or be represented as minors.6 - If your intention is to portray a real person in your commission, you must have that person's consent to do so. If the person in question is under 18, no +18 content will be produced and consent must come from both the person in question and his/her legal guardian.7 - If you stop replying to messages that require phase approval for longer than 2 days, your commission will be paused and another client's commission will start.8 - If you reply within 28 days of the commission being paused, your commission will continue from the phase that was paused, right after the ongoing client commission is completely finished.9 - If the period without responses reaches 31 days, your commission will be considered finished and no refund will be available.
Me, as the Artist
10 - I keep the rights to post my work in any way.11 - I can use the information shared in the commission briefing for my own advertising. However, I will not do so if you ask me to.12 - I have the right to decline a commission if I am not comfortable with it.
Payment and commission start
13 - 50% of the price is paid upfront and the other 50% when the work is delivered.14 - The commission starts when I receive the upfront payment. You will receive confirmation that I received the payment and I'm starting.
Revisions
15 - My process follow these steps: Warm-up - Sketch - Cleanup - Base Color - Render - Deliver. Revisions can only be requested during the steps: Warm-ups and Sketch and Base Colors.16 - Revisions should only request changes that are in the approved briefing before payment.17 - If you ask for something outside the briefing, it will be an additional service and I will have the option to charge for the extra work.18 - Depending on the complexity and/or number of revisions, more days may be required to complete the artwork.
Deadline
19 - Portraits take 5 business days and Full Body takes 10 business days.20 - A Rush fee may be discussed if you need your commission done before the deadline.
